We collect information you provide directly (email, brand details, keywords), information generated by your use of the Service (scan results, mention data, usage analytics), and technical information (IP address, browser type, device information).
We use collected information to: provide and improve the Service; process payments; send transactional emails (scan results, account notifications); analyze usage patterns; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) hosted on AWS us-east-1. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest.
We use third-party services including: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Mux (video), Resend (email), and AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Perplexity) for scanning. Each has their own privacy policy.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing hello@clouts.com. Billing records are retained as required by law.
You have the right to: access your personal data; correct inaccurate data; request deletion; export your data; and opt out of non-essential communications. Contact hello@clouts.com to exercise these rights.
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
